Bed Rack More 4×4

Pick-up bed rack More 4×4 mark II is a solution for pickup truck owners who plan to install a roof tent or rack over the vehicle’s trunk.

A version dedicated to vehicles with an uncovered cargo space, without a cover or roller shutter.

Bedrack BR011 is equipped with openwork side and roof panels for easy installation of additional accessories.

With its adjustable length and width design, it fits all European Double, King and Single Cab pickups.

Bed rack More 4×4 is bolted to the rims of the side panels of the pickup truck’s trunk, and to do this, 12 mounting holes must be drilled in the inner rim of the sides. The screws remain invisible from the outside and the structure is properly attached to the pickup truck’s trunk.

The bedrack is made of 3 mm thick steel, and the support beams are 12 cm wide.

Such a massive structure affects the strength of the bed rack and its load capacity, which is: static 350 kg / dynamic 150 kg.

The tall version of the Bed Rack More 4×4 allows you to mount accessories on the structure that extend above the roof of the vehicle’s cabin, while not interfering with it.

Bed rack includes 6 mounts**working lamps** that shine to the sides and rear of the vehicle(lighting is optional equipment and must be ordered separately).

  • width: from 146 cm to 154 cm
  • platform height: 50 cm

The **Bedracks More 4×4** go through a process of shot-blasting, **spray galvanizing** using the electric arc method and then are powder-coated with Sahara abrasion-enhanced polyester and **CrackedDesert** structural paint.
