Bed Rack More 4×4

Pick-up bed rack More 4×4 mark II is a solution for pickup truck owners who plan to install a roof tent or rack over the vehicle’s trunk.

A version dedicated to vehicles with a cargo space roller shutter equipped with a short mounting rail and roll bar.

With its adjustable length and width design, it fits all European Double Cab pickups.

For installation, place 12 screws inside the mounting rails of the roller shutter and screw with the bed rack (screws are supplied).

For paki roller blinds that do not have mounting rails / gutters, use special brackets, available separately:

  • **Bedrack brackets for roller shutter without gutters (BR009)**.

In order to install brackets for a roller shutter not equipped with mounting rails, cut the seal between the side beam of the roller shutter and the side of the pick-up truck at the location of the bed racks. Each bracket is mounted with two M8 bolts to the inner edge of the pick-up truck’s side panel.

The bedrack is made of 3 mm thick steel, and the support beams are 12 cm wide.

Such a massive structure affects the strength of the bed rack and its load capacity, which is: static 350 kg / dynamic 150 kg.

The low version of the Bed Rack More 4×4 allows the installation of a roof tent that will be hidden behind the vehicle’s cabin without protruding above its roof.

Bed rack includes 2 mounts **working lamps** that shine to the sides and rear of the vehicle(lighting is optional equipment and must be ordered separately).

Bed rack adjustment range:

  • length: from 82 cm to 93 cm
  • width: from 146 cm to 154 cm
  • platform height: 32 cm

The **Bedracks More 4×4** go through a process of shot-blasting,**spray galvanizing** using the electric arc method and then are powder-coated with Sahara abrasion-enhanced polyester and **CrackedDesert** structural paint.
